The Junction/Young Carers

The Junction/Young Carers Young carers are children and young people who, due to long term illness or disabilities of a member of their family often take on a variety of caring roles, including practical physical and emotional support.

This service provides….mentoring, works with children and young people in small groups, family support, social groups

The LINK – A service for children and young people aged 4/18 years with emotional and social problems.

Early Help Service

Early Help Service – This support offer interventions and services to young people and their families who are experiencing a variety of issues.

These services will be provided to children, young people and their families where additional needs are identified.

School Nurse

School Nurse – Our school nurse is Pam Watson

If you need advice regarding any health needs she will be running a drop in session, in school every Wednesday at 2.30pm or you can contact her on 01642 444011 alternatively speak to Mrs Clarke 01642 453451

Freedom Programme/Eva

A ten week programme for women who have been subject to domestic abuse. The course helps women explore and understand different types of abuse and the impact on themselves and their children. Courses are run locally – see Mrs Clarke for more details.

Redcar Area Foodbank

Are you struggling to feed your family?  Do you need a little bit of help? The Trussell Trust foodbank network works in partnership with local churches and organisations to bring foodbanks to communities.

Our local distribustion is through The Baptist Church on Redcar Road East. Speak to Mrs Clarke for support.
